I thought the fanfiction was more compelling than this.

This should have been a story with just Charlie and Beckett OR even better should have been just Beckett and Will’s book. Will and Beckett themselves had significantly more chemistry than all of them combined. I don’t even know if I believe the Beckett/Charlie leg of this relationship, but it would still be better than whatever this was.

There was no reason that Will and Charlie should have been together. There was zero chemistry, they barely any page time spent on them, and they seemed like a complete afterthought.

I would also accept just all three of them being together if the chemistry issue was resolved.

This book just seemed like an attempt to be edgy, and it was a complete FLOP.

Also if this was a set up for Blake to get with that creepy football player, I’m gonna be PISSED. ]]>
