I enjoyed this one more than the first, which I think is mainly due to Nick's storyline being more prominent as he is probably my favourite character, as well as Professer Pendleton's class.
I do find it hard to remember everything necessary for these books as there are so many characters who all have powers, it feels impossible to remember what everyone's power is. But also there are so many things that are just mentioned briefly once only to become very important later on and yet never be described properly again, so I'm stuck with gaps of information because there's too much information in these books to comb through which I think is a major writing flaw.
I will finish the series, as I said last time, and I am beginning to become more interested in certain characters and what will happen to them next. ]]>

I more or less enjoyed this book.
There were many parts I didn't understand as I don't know a thing about politics, so I found myself glazing over them.
There were also so many words I didn't know the meaning of, in true BoJo style, but his language often amused me, particularly his descriptions of people and key events.
Whilst I don't agree with all of his views, I found the book interesting. I have learned more about general politics than I knew before and even about some political relationships I had no clue about.
Some quotes struck me, and I feel that any good book should have at least a few.
Overall, I'm glad I read this book. It's always interesting to hear from other people. ]]>
