Such a useful book about how to deal with stress , tension or any obstacle in our life .. At the beginning he talks about stress and how to deal with it and then he talks about happiness ... What I like about dr.ibrahim's book is that he gives examples from our daily life and he always he gives proof about his ideas .... Every chapter is arrange in a very good way ,, he doesn't leave any thing without any solution ,, like he doesn't give u the chance to say BUT or WHAT IF !!!! My favorite chapter was about the happiness ,,, what i got from it is that happiness is a peace of mind ,, it's something felt inside ,, it's an inner peace and satisfaction for anything u got in it life ... It's being convinced that everything happens fir a reason and ALLAH chooses the best for us ... Its a re-read book , actually the book should be reviewed every now and then because it contains some great tips ...
i learned alot of things in this life. By ur self u can make ur life happy or sad..we all have to know that happiness doesnt mean money unfortunally today alot of people think like this...a simple and small thing in life can makes u happy..its important to be happy inside of u not out just to show people that ur happy...賮)if u want to be happy be ur self dont be copy of some one be proud of what u have ur family,ur house,ur hobby and ur self....every one should have have a goal in his/her life and live to achive it , its better to write ur goal on paper and remember it every day to help u achive it as soon as possible ....live in today not past thats gone or future that doesnt come yet,dont worry about past and dont be afaird about future... U should have plan in ur life to be succes(live with plan)...in every minute in ur life be with allah say allah is with me every day,every minute and every second this help u to live a life without tension... Trust ur self,be proud of ur self.
