"Learning How to Stop And Smell The Roses"

Is it true when one gets rich and has everything they want, that their happiness goes up? No ...the more stuff people collect, the more one is controlled by possessions. Living the simple life is a far better choice. This book gives you the incentive to eliminate discontent, reclaim your time, and enjoy the moment. Minimalism is the tool to rid yourself of excesses and to redirect your life to greater joy and fulfillment. Through the years, most of us collect more things than we need, like clothing, nicknacks, hats, purses, etc. as most women like to shop. It's no different for men, they can collect coats, vests, flashlights, tools, movies. After time, there is no more space for these things. THINK -- "I don't NEED this," "I don't like it." Then think, "I can give it away to charities so someone else can enjoy it!" Likewise, material things are not the only baggage drawing us down. It's the bad/sad memories which need to be caste away, and just keep the good memories. This book is powerful and shows you how to improve your life and have freedom from unnecessary burdens. It will slow your pace of life down where you can enjoy it much more. The book tells you how you don't need to live multiple personalities around family, neighbors, or fellow workers. Be just you ... the true self. Minimalism is reachable and if you make it your life's goal, you will have a wonderful, peaceful happiness within your heart and soul. Learn how by reading this book. It's extremely helpful and encouraging. Read this book if you want a better life, a freer life, and a happier life. "Just do it" ... Read this book!
