I'll be totally honest that I read this earlier this year and don't remember much... Oops. But that means to me it was very average. If you know or have studied any psychology (I had to take a lot of motivational/adolescent/developmental psychology as a teacher), this was like a psych class lite on really basic theories of these.

So...if you don't know much, it's good. If you know things, it's passable. But from what I do remember, it's a good reminder on how to infuse positive habits into your life, so there's that. ]]>

I was very taken aback by this book. It was a really raw, and simultaneously funny, memoir of the realities of growing up with parents with mental health issues. I knew almost nothing about this actress before reading this book, and I now have so much respect for her.

I'd highly recommend this book for its ability to bring to light really tough issues in a different light than you'd expect. ]]>
