How do you deal with writer’s block?
Jules Machias I am very fortunate--I've never once experienced writer's block! I have far too many words jammed in my brain, and they're always arguing over who gets to make it onto the page.

Your books are amazing, the book Both Can Be True is so unique and warmed my heart. I have a soft-spot for changing and unique books and I fell in love with this one after I read it! Will there be a second?
Jules Machias I'm so glad you enjoyed the book! There isn't a sequel, but Ash and Daniel do make a brief appearance in my book FIGHT + FLIGHT.

I don't have a question, I just want to thank you for writing "Both can be true" - I picked it up because of the non-binary/gender-fluid topic, and you just completely nailed it. On top of that, it's so very well written! I rate books based on how many times they make me cry, and I ran out of stars. I have a non-binary child in middle school, and I think parents like me need books like this. Thank you so much. More?

Thanks so much for your kind note! I too have a nonbinary middle school kid, and I know many parents who are struggling through how to best support their child through these years in particular. Your words give me hope that this book is doing exactly what I hoped it would!
