How do I even choose? There's a lot in my life that I use in my books.

Don't give it up, and never let anyone crush your dream. Obviously, we aren't all good writers, and not everyone is destined to be an author. But do not let that stop you from trying. And never be afraid to reach out to other authors. A lot of us got where we are by other established authors helping us out. And those of us who accepted that help usually try to pay it forward when we can.

I don't know how to answer this, because I get inspired a number of different ways! I once got a book idea while watching thirst traps on tiktok, other times I read something and get inspiration to write a story with all the things I don't get from the books I'm reading. Occasionally my kids and husband inspire me.

I actually am working on a moth-man book, and the inspiration came from my own residency in wv and it goes back to put a new spin on the mothman legend.
