I usually either step away from the computer and completely forget my project (if it's a heavy dose of block) or listen to some music which helps me to get in my zone. I used to have crazy block at times when I was a young writer, but since I've learned how my brain works and what gets it going, it's been a bit easier to work with it and not to push if the idea isn't there!

I love that I get to live out my dream of telling stories and exploring different characters that come from my imagination. Growing up, I loved to read and thought authors were so cool. It's amazing that I am one now and hopefully get to inspire the next generation of writers to do the same.
