I'm currently working on three different books. The non-fiction work which is book 3 of the (Standing Tall and Fighting Back) series..."Empty Chairs" book 1.
"Faint Echoes of Laughter" book 2...
And book 3 my work in progress is titled "Still Sassy at Sixty"
Then, I'm working on book 2 in my Fictional series of Mystery/Suspense/Thrillers (Unintended Consequences) with
book 1 being "Acts Beyond Redemption"
the book I'm almost finished writing is book 2 "Acts of Betrayal."
Phew...and the third book I'm working on is a Romantic Comedy with a working title of "Priceless".

Don't ever allow anyone to tell you that you're not good enough to write ... ever. Each of us has a talent, and yours is writing. It's frustrating, heartbreaking, and a relentless pursuit for perfection. Yet none of us is perfect.
Write to the absolute best of your capability. Never submit anything until it has been edited and re-edited. Perseverance, dedication and a wonderful imagination will see you succeed.

The best thing? So many to choose from. When I write my Non-Fiction books it is in the knowledge that I may just be helping someone who has lived through or is living through what I experienced. I get so much positive feedback and that helps me move forward with my writing.
With my Fictional works ... I get to create people, characters, locations the whole 9 yards. I love the research, which I do a great deal of, I learn new things every day. For me that is the greatest joy of all.

It frustrates me endlessly when my muse takes itself off and disappears. We all have our own ways of dealing with it. I tend to leave everything alone, I don't attempt to force my writing, that will always end badly. I use the down time to work on the marketing side of things. Facebook and twitter, my Author page etc. If that doesn't free me up, then I step away from the laptop, and I garden, clean, cook, anything but write. My muse can disappear for weeks at a time or longer, so when I do write I tend to go without sleep and go for it whilst it lasts.
