Book 3 will hopefully be out by the end of 2018, then Book 4 would be sometime in 2019/2020. Thanks for your question!

Hi! So sorry for the super late response on this. Untimely Deaths is not the last book, in fact there will be 4 books total in the series. I'm halfway through drafting Book 3 at the moment. :)

Writing for yourself is great, it's what fuels all of us, but writing to sell your work is a completely different beast. If you want to turn your writing into a business, then you have to treat it like a business. Study and learn what's currently on the shelf, what publishers are buying, and what top authors are writing. Study your competition, find what's missing from the shelves, what readers are longing for, and write that. Otherwise, if you only want to write for yourself, then just write, my friend. Just write.

Writing is like time travel. It doesn't matter if you're writing a daily journal entry or the Great American Novel, each time you put pen to paper, you step into a different place and time. You get to revisit your past, slip inside those old shoes, and explore the moments that shaped you, then use those moments to fuel your stories. It's the same reason I love reading, except when writing, you're not merely along for the ride. You're in the driver's seat.
