The easiest reading order would be:
1. Two Necromancers, a Bureaucrat, and an Elf
2. Two Necromancers, an Army of Golems, and a Demon Lord
3. Two Necromancers, a Dragon, and a Vampire
4. The Hungry Dragon Cookie Company
5. Two Necromancers, a Dwarf Kingdom, and a Sky City
6. The Sheep Dragon
Those books are all connected and reading them in that order makes the most sense.
For the Attempted Vampirism Series, it would go:
1. Attempted Vampirism
2. Attempted Adventuring
3. Attempted Rescuing
In general, though, Amazon has books that are connected in the correct order.

I'll phrase this in a way that avoids spoilers. Are you referring to the encounter at the end of the last interlude?

Hi. I'm glad you've enjoyed the series so far. I am currently working on Attempted Rescuing. Once that is done, I'll probably begin work in earnest on the next part of the Unconventional Heroes Series.

You can always try my blog, and I do watch some anime.

I'm glad you've enjoyed the books and the audio. I was very fortunate to get such a great narrator. He's really done a fantastic job.
I do still live in Australia but not in Queensland. I'm in NSW. Thankfully, I'm not a further south. Victoria is not having a good time of it at the moment.

Hi. I'm glad you've enjoyed my books.
I am looking into getting physical editions made, but it's not currently one of my top priorities. When I do make a physical edition, I want it to be done to a high standard, which will mean going back and doing a lot of reformatting and rejigging because simply using the eBook version and printing it out would be a disaster. Unlike with an eBook, I won't be able to go back and make corrections, so I want to be sure it's done to a high standard.
As for L. G., that's a secret ^_^.

I'll second that. These books deserve to be beautifully displayed in my library. :)

I imagine the logistics of it are a little different with you being in Australia but... Kickstarter might be something to look into, if you could touch base with Dragonsteel (Brandon Sanderson) or Wraithmarked Creative (Daniel B. Greene) they've had great success and I know a lot of people would love to have you on their shelf!

Thanks! The fourth part of the series is now out. It's called "Two Necromancers, a Dwarf Kingdom, and a Sky City".

Well, I can't promise you'll run into their families, but the next book is out. It's called "Two Necromancers, a Dwarf Kingdom, and a Sky City". I hope you enjoy it.

That's an interesting question. Technically speaking, they are not set in the same world. Notice that the mortals in the Divine Assistance series don't really demonstrate too much in the way of magical powers (demigods aside) whereas the mortals of the Unconventional Heroes can have incredibly powerful magic (e.g., Timmy and the gang).
Of course, the Unconventional Heroes series does acknowledge the existence of other worlds and universes. Sam and the other eldritch horrors that live beneath the castle are perfect examples of that. However, you probably won't be seeing the two groups of characters together.
I will say, though, that some of them would likely get along quite well. Young Death, for example, would think of Spot as a perfectly charming and adorable dragon, and the rats would probably join Zephyra's raccoon in stealing stuff from the divine orchards if they had the chance. Bureaucracy would probably try to adopt Katie since she's a child who is not only good at paperwork but also actually enjoys it to some extent.

There will, of course, eventually be stories set in the future of The Unconventional Heroes universe. However, it'll be a while before they start going up. In any case, plotting is basically complete for the next part of the series. I'm aiming for a release within the next 4-6 months.
