Kate Post is a fiction writer, poet, and general wordsmith who hails from Wyoming, grew up in Kentucky, and currently resides in Falls Church, Virginia.

Her poetry has appeared in Notations and Stardust, Always, and her short story, "The Fringe Point," is forthcoming in The Longest Night Watch. Volume 2. Articles by Kate have appeared in The News-Enterprise and Teen Ink Magazine.

She has worked in editing for New Madrid Journal of Contemporary Literature, currently works as a proofreader for a successful magazine, and spends her nights volunteering as a writer and editor with Writers Colony Press.
