Sara Keefe started telling stories even before she could write. Once she picked up a pencil, she started writing and never stopped.

In school, Sara was encouraged to pursue a teaching career rather than pursuing her writing dreams. Once she was in college, however, she knew her heart wasn't in teaching. Fortunately, a counselor encouraged her to follow her heart, and Sara did just that, dropping her Education major and focusing entirely on English and Creative Writing.
