Will I enjoy this book if I haven't read the previous books in the series? Or should I definitely read the prequels first? I got this as a Christmas present from an in-law who didn't know it was part of a series...

Darill Not really. The Tower of the Swallow is sixth book in the Witcher series (fourth book about Geralt and Ciri), so you are not going to understand the pâ€¦m´Ç°ù±ðNot really. My digital copy of this book has scene breaks all over the place. Is this so in the paper version or is my file messed up?

Andrew Ruble This seems to be the way that it was written. It is mildly interesting, especially the extremely small breaks that only contain one or two sentences.

Does anyone know if this author intends to end this series? I know another book is coming out in May 2018. I have enjoyed this series but IMO each book seems weaker than the previous.

Now that I have suffered through 6 books, I can compare the sequence to the style used by Terry Brooks in writing his Shannara series--each group of events explains why certain consequences occur.(less)

Ted This got me too. In my version of the book, he says she was almost 15--that has to be a misprint. It makes more sense that she was almost 13 as Anna sâ€¦m´Ç°ù±ðThis got me too.
