Hi, just saw this title in the list of books to vote for on GoodReads and I was wondering whether in this book there is any link to Somerset Maugham? "Monaco, a sunny place for shady people.â€� is one of his most famous quotes after all and I was wondering whether the author explains why she chose it for this book?
