I am in a book club and would love to get some good questions to ask for this book?

This answer contains spoilersâ€� (view spoiler)[I wrote these questions for my little book club. Hope there's something you can use :-)
1) A quote from the book (Brecia), "I knew I couldn't cry actual tears. Even so, I felt the familiar prickling feeling in the back of my eyes. I wouldn't ever feel the downy fur underneath Frank's chin or his rumbly purr as he flopped down on the bed beside me. Question: Do you ever wonder if, when you're dead, you'll miss the things of earth...?
2) The ghosts are very passive, and only have limited effects on the living. Would you have found it more interesting if they had been able to affect things more? Maybe have their successful ear-whispers with the children (Kimmie and Emma) come to something?
3) Since no one can see them once they're ghosts, the girls decide to dress in a comfortable outfit that they enjoyed when they were living (like comfy purple pajamas and fuzzy pink slippers). Question: What would your comfortable "outfit" be?
4) Skye had an interesting and heart-tugging backstory; but Meghan and Brecia seemed similar and their circumstances struck me as less developed. Question: Do you agree?
5) Meghan, in death, follows her mother around. She makes this observation, "I realized how little I actually knew about my mom while I was alive. I had always called her my best friend. I knew her favorite food and her favorite TV series. I loved her. There was no question about that. But I hardly knew anything about her as a person. The focus had always been on me: What I liked, how work was going, what I was reading, etc. In some ways, I felt like I was seeing her for the first time." Question: Do you find, with your adult children, that the conversational focus is still usually on how things are going with them?
6) After April read the text from her friend (who thought she recognized James in a published photo of the serial killer), April appeared to reluctantly suspect that James was the serial killer. Subconsciously, do you think she'd known for much longer?
7) This is a very secular idea of heaven - no God involved. Question: Would exploring your memories in detail, as well as other people's memories, be enough for you?
8) Quote from the book (Meghan), "I'd always enjoyed camping - the few times I'd gone anyway. Still, I was quick as anyone to zip myself up in my tent when the sun set. Nature was beautiful, at a distance. Up close, it was usually terrifying." Question: What kind of a camper are you? Brave? Or leaning towards scaredy-cat?
9) At one point, Skye wonders if she's still around because she has unfinished business. Question: Do you think that (in the author's idea of the afterlife) the three girls are still around because they DO have unfinished business, or do you think everyone who dies has to discover their way into the "afterlife" through memories?
