I already read 'Discourses and Selected Writings' from Penguin Classics (which contains his Discourses, Enchiridion and some fragments). Does this book add new material or is it some sort of compilation from Epictetus' Discourses and Enchiridion?

Tg It is a handbook or pithy version of some of the Discourses--The Key Ideas--so they are ready at hand---like memory joggers

Clark Yes, just find yourself an English translation. Mine is the George Long translation.

What would you recommend to be the best book to read after this one?

Johnny I'd suggest Meditations, by Marcus Aurelius, also one of the most well-regarded fruits of Stoic thought, and considering he was a student of Epictetusâ€¦m´Ç°ù±ðI'd suggest Meditations, by Marcus Aurelius, also one of the most well-regarded fruits of Stoic thought, and considering he was a student of Epictetus, it's the natural choice.(less)
