³¢Ã©²¹ I think popol was a child invented by momo's father to make momo feel like he was not doing things the right way. For my part I think popol was just aâ€¦m´Ç°ù±ðI think popol was a child invented by momo's father to make momo feel like he was not doing things the right way. For my part I think popol was just a part of momo's father imagination, a character used by his father to represent people in general and to deliverate a message to his son. I don't think Momo's father did really love him and that's why he used Popol, to make his son understand he was not perfect but that someone else was, to make momo think he was not a good boy.

So am I the only one who thought, reading the first couple of pages, that M. Ibrahim is only a plastic figure which is brought to life by Momo`s imagination since he was so lonely? I mean he was always described as barely moving, rarely speaking, constantly smiling and the like...anybody who had the same thought?
