10 years after #Nerd and I’m still so in love with the #Hashtag series! To be able dive back into this world, these characters again, it felt like home!

Romeo and Rimmel have always had my heart! These two are just so special. From the minute I read about them years ago I knew they would always be a favorite for me! I could read about them forever! And Braeden, Ivy, Trent and Drew and every other character that makes this series so special!

Over the years I always go back to these books, because the way Cambria Hebert writes these characters will have you missing them when the book is over. And have you wanting to go back to read it over and over again.

In #Fam to see the love and friendships even stronger, to see the humor and banter even funnier, I wished for this novella to be longer, for it to never end, cause I never want to stop reading about this #Hashtag family!

Thank you for the ARC Cambria Hebert & Give Me Books!

Reuniting with the Hashtag series crew in #Fam felt like a heartwarming trip down memory lane. It’s been ten years since Romeo fell for Rimmel in #Nerd, and stepping back into their world brought an instant wave of nostalgia and joy. If you’ve ever missed characters so much they feel like family, then this novella is the ultimate gift.

In #Fam, Cambria Hebert treats her readers to an inside look at life a decade later—through the laughter, the love, the chaos, and, of course, a dash of drama. Romeo and Rimmel are just as swoon-worthy as ever, with Romeo’s protective alpha charm and Rimmel’s quirky, lovable #nerd vibes. The chemistry they share hasn’t faded one bit, and seeing their relationship evolve with kids and family life was incredibly satisfying.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. Braeden and Ivy, Trent and Drew, and the rest of the crew are back too, each bringing their signature flair and humor. The bromance between Romeo and Braeden had me laughing out loud, while the heartfelt moments within this found family left me teary-eyed. And let’s not forget the next generation—the kids! Watching these mini versions of our favorite characters add their antics to the mix was pure delight.

Cambria masterfully weaves in all the elements that made the Hashtag series unforgettable—friendship, love, humor, and just the right amount of drama. At its core, #Fam is a love letter to the fans who’ve adored these characters from the very beginning. Reading this novella was like curling up with a warm blanket, catching up with old friends, and remembering exactly why this series holds such a special place in my heart.

If you’re a fan of epilogues and love getting a glimpse into “what happens next, this is the perfect continuation of a beloved story. And while #Fam might be considered the final chapter in the Hashtag series, it leaves you with all the feels and the ultimate reminder: family is forever.

For those new to the series, I highly recommend starting from the beginning (#Nerd is where it all begins!). For long-time fans, this novella is a heartfelt and satisfying revisit to a world we never wanted to leave.

Happy reading!

A wonderful family catch-up

When one of my favourite authors publishes a ten-year catch-up story for one of my favourite series, you can be can sure I'm there to read it.

The #Hashtag series by Cambria Hebert will always be one of my favourites and a "go-to" when I'm in a book funk. Now, ten years after was released, Ms. Hebert has delivered #fam , and I couldn't have been happier and more excited! It was time to catch up with Romeo, Rimmel, Braeden, Ivy, Trent, and Drew. Time to find out what has been happening in their lives after ten years of football and family.

Reading #fam was like curling up in front of the fire in a cosy chair on a winter's day, it was familiar and welcoming, embracing family after not seeing them for years. I was pleased to see that nothing had changed except they were older and there was a multitude of kids: the fun, bromance, friendship, and love were still there. Romeo was still the alpha, the protector, Rimmel his adorable, clumsy #nerd. Braeden was still joking around, Ivy still a fashion queen. While Trent and Drew were just as sweet as ever. The multitude of kids, some very much like their parents, added extra laughs and love to this amazing found family.

Ms. Hebert gave her readers a little bit of drama, a lot of laughs, and plenty of love. I shed a few tears, laughed out lot on numerous occasions, and spent a lot of time sighing and swooning. It was fun seeing the characters from the #GearShark and BearPaw series too. It wasn't until I read this story that I realised how much I missed and loved these characters, looks like a three series re-read is in my future!

If you haven't had the chance to read the #Hashtag, #GearShark, and BearPaw series, I highly recommend you do, just as I highly recommend #fam.

Day made... Thank you Cambria Hebert.

10 years after #Nerd and I’m STILL head over heels in love with the Hashtag series! #Fam was everything I hoped for and more—it felt like reuniting with old friends, and I honestly couldn’t get enough of it. It’s been a decade since Romeo and Rimmel captured our hearts in #Nerd, and diving back into their world? Pure magic. The instant wave of nostalgia and joy I felt was the perfect reminder of why I’ve been obsessed with this series for so long.

But it’s not just about Romeo and Rimmel. Oh no, we’ve got the whole crew back! Braeden and Ivy, Trent and Drew—their humor, their chemistry, their banter—it’s all here. And can we talk about the bromance between Romeo and Braeden? I was laughing out loud in practically every chapter. These guys still have the best dynamic, and I absolutely loved every second of it. And then, there’s the emotional side. The heartfelt moments between these characters—this found family—hit me right in the feels. I won’t lie, there were a few teary-eyed moments in the mix.

But wait, there's more the KIDS! Watching the next generation of mini-Rimmels and mini-Romeos running around, causing their own brand of chaos, was an absolute delight. It was like seeing the characters I love so much pass on their quirks to the next generation, and it was everything I didn’t know I needed.

Of course, there’s always a bit of drama to keep things interesting, but I won’t spoil the details. All I’ll say is, this finale was perfection. The drama, the love, the moments of growth—it all tied together beautifully. As a long-time fan, it was the kind of ending I didn’t even know I was craving, but I’m SO glad I got it.

One thing to note: #Fam isn’t a standalone. If you haven’t read the entire Hashtag series yet, now’s the time! (And yes, even Holiday, if you skipped it). Also, keep an eye out for some familiar faces from the GearShark series. Looks like I’ll be diving into that one next!

If you’ve been following Rimmel and Romeo’s love story all along, you won’t want to miss this one. And if you haven’t read the series yet, get ready to fall in love with these messy, hilarious, and totally lovable characters. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Best "epilogue" everrrrr

Are you a fan of epilogues? Have you ever wondered how your favorite characters would live 10 years later? Well...Romeo & Rimmel, Braeden & Ivy, Trent & Drew are some of my favorite characters from over the years and they are back for a final run. Best "epilogue" everrrrr.

#Fam is the "Ten Years Later" novella by Cambria Hebert - 132 pages of what an obsessed reader dreams of. #Fam brings us up to date on all that has happened with the crew beyond the *end* of the #Hashtag series and it is oh, so satisfying to read. We get to see the dynamics at play once again as we settle in with this found family.

I love the way these people love each other and as always, there has to be some drama. But without sharing the details, all I can say is this finale was well written and appreciated as a fan of this series. This book cannot be read on its own and I really recommend reading the whole series. (Even Holiday if you skipped that one and jumped to #Bae. Also, there may be some folks from the GearShark series in attendance. HINT.)

I held back from buying the 10 year anniversary #Nerd because I already own the entire series in digital and paperback, but since it's the only way to get #fam in print, I might have to rethink that decision.

Have you ever come across a book or a series that just hooked you in a way that doesn’t happen very often ? That you found yourself not only falling completely in love with from the very first book and page but had the ability to make you feel so many different emotions you never saw coming? Well Cambrias hashtag series has very quickly become one of my all time favorites . Throughout every book I’ve found myself falling more and more in love with each couple and character and this awesome world Cambria has created , from the friendships , to the obstacles, to the heartbreaking and heartfelt moments, watching each couple fall in love , I really do feel like I’ve become part of the crew / family . Smiling with them , laughing with them , crying and cheering for them . and man was I so freaking sad when this amazing series ended . But having the chance to catch up with everyone in # Fam 10 years later was like coming home . I honestly cannot remember the last time I devoured a story this fast

This is a story about Roman’s family. Roman is living his best life and about to move forward with something new. You get updates on all the family and extended friends of the family. You see what they have been up to for the last ten years and what the future beyond this looks like. All the family is still together and building a future together. They are all just as close as they were in the beginning. This is the perfect look at what they might have moved forward to do in their lives.

I highly recommend this book, this series and really anything this author writes.

I loved this update to the lives of the hashtag series characters 10 years after the conclusion of their series. As always, Romeo is the absolute best book boyfriend (husband in this case). He remains protective, supportive and loving. As his football career wanes, he's very ready to move on to the next phase of his life - one where he gets to spend more time with the family the hashtag crew has created. Rimmel remains the sweet and loving center of the family and other characters from the hashtag series and its spinoff, the Gearshark series, all make appearances.

A lot has happened over the years, but the family remains strong.

I've missed these characters and was thrilled for the announcement of this novella.

Four stars. I wanted to see more of Trent and Drew as well as the other characters from the Gearshark series. I miss hanging out with Arrow and Hopper as well as the others.

Awesome Read

Contains Spoilers

I thoroughly enjoyed this novella. I thought it was an awesome surprise bonus addition to the #Hashtag Series that I didn’t know we needed. This novella is from the #jock and the #nerd who started this amazing series, Romeo and Rimmel’s POV’s. I loved being able to see how all the characters we’ve gotten to know and fall in love with during the Hashtag, GearShark and BearPaw Resort Series are doing after all this time.

This whole novella made me smile but was also bitter sweet as it’s an end of an era. I’ve got my fingers crossed that Cambria decides to write some Next Generation Hashtag, GearShark and BearPaw Resort Series books as I’d happily read them. I’m looking forward to seeing what Cambria releases next. I’d definitely recommend this novella, series, universe and author to everyone.

>Book Review #Fam: A Ten Years Later novella

>I am an independent reviewer. This novella is the 9th in the Hashtag series and is really an epilogue to the whole series. Romeo is still the protective alpha and as in love with Rimmel as ever. I love seeing the kids getting bigger. The story is at the end of the football careers of B and Romeo. There is a glimpse of how the men hate missing their own kids sporting events, but know they work to make their family’s lives better.

>I think my favorite scenes were those between B and Romeo. Those 2 guys are the heart of the series. Everyone has a cameo in the story. I needed a bit more Trent and Drew.

>This novella is appropriate for an adult audience. I am giving this novella 5 stars. I’d love to have a new series based on the children.

I've missed the #Hashtag family beyond words and this novella really hit the spot. It was like they never left! Cambria just knows her characters and their voices so well. I loved seeing what everyone was up to 10 years later. I mean, it's wild to think it's been 10 years!

At 132 pages, Cambria still managed to add a little angst but a ton of fun times and old friends. I just wish it was longer! But that's because I'm greedy. Romeo and Rimmel are just one of those couples that you know will be together always. I don't think we can say that with a lot of our bookish couples out there, but these two have just been through so much together and are still going strong.

I loved seeing Braeden & Ivy, Trent & Drew, and some other little surprises that popped up! It truly was a #Fam event.

What a nice final ending toward hashtag series plus some surprise inter-series couples included. Anyways, we fast forward ten years after Roman and Rimmel Anderson and his wife and young children went on a vacation. But the new found family, Braeden and Ivy, Trent and his husband are delaing with their professional lives. The hurts and what it could cost them. Now, Roman aka Romeo is ready to retire his cleats and the antics of the gang.

Answers were giving, but i sort of wished Rimmel attended veterinary school or went back after Romeo decided to retire. To give her the choice if she wanted. Anywayss.. its sad to say this is the final book. But its still good to read about them all.

#Fam was so so so good y'all, packed cover to cover with all of the feels. I devoured this beauty and made sure to do a thorough reread of this series ahead and wow! Exactly what this series needed.

Do not sleep on this series if you haven't read it. Fantastic, steamy new adult romances that'll steal your heart and have you falling deeper in love every step of the way.

I can't recommend this author and series enough y'all.

First can we discuss that I had no idea that there was a specially edition of #Nerd. I'm freakin out over here, as this is one of my all time favorite series! Can't tell you how many times I've reread that book.
But were not here for #Nerd.

4 stars, just because I wanted just a little bit more. I loved that we were able to see characters and their kids from the main series as well as the side series, #Junkie. I'm happy that we were able to see everyone 10-15 years later. Funny enough that it was 10 years ago that Cambria started the hashtag series. Full enjoyed the revisit, and will 100% be purchasing the 10 year anniversary edition!

#Didnotdissappoint

This series started 10 years ago with #Nerd if you haven’t read it run and get it now! In #Fam, we meet up with Rimmel and Romeo and the rest of the fam, and it does feel like coming home. This novella starts 10 years after Romeo was first drafted and gives fans the gift of checking in on one of our favorite families. With tears shed at various points, this fan was absolutely not disappointed with this novella and with the chance to see how Rimmel, Romeo, their kids, and the rest of the gang are fairing in this stage of life. Even our favorite one eyed cat, Murphy makes an appearance.

Only had to wait 10 years to see Romeo & Rimmel again and it was so worth it. Now I did wish it was longer (but that’s because I’m selfish & never want this to end) but this short novella was everything and more!

In #Fam, we get an inside look of what everyone has been up to. Romeo & B of course still being the top football players but we also get to see Ivy & Rimmel as mothers. The loving family they created and all the achievements they have accomplished.

If you are a #Nerd then this is a MUST read!

#Fam was a wonderful novella! I love the hashtag series and the big hashtag family, so of course I love every opportunity to be back with them and get updates on their lives. This family is always so entertaining, I was laughing a lot while reading it. They're also a loving bunch. They care about and will do anything for one another. I hope there will still be more hashtag stories every once and a while, cause I don't want to say goodbye to these characters. *I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review*

This is the 9th book In this impressive series, and this is a ten year catch up about Romeo and Rimmel and other familiar faces. This story give an inside look about how these characters are doing, after football, kids, and family.
This is a well written story which is easy to read, with found family, friendships, emotions, antics, humor, witty banter, drama, and love, which leads to an entertaining and nostalgic page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Wow! I absolutely loved this book. Amazing characters and wonderful plot. Very beautifully written and easy to read.

It was so fun and nostalgic to see Romeo and Rimmel, Braeden and Ivy, Trent and Drew and many others ten years later.

Their lives are completely full of joy and love. They have the best memories and the cutest kids. They are still funny as ever and the banter between all of them haven’t changed a bit.

Overall I loved this novella very much. If you’re looking for a found family, vacation antics, bromance then you’re going to love it.

I have lived this entire series!

#Fam is the icing on the cake for this series. I only wish Cambria Hebert would continue to write about the family of Trent and Drew, Ivy and Brandon, and of Rimmel and Romeo. I love all the children and I would love to see what their accomplishments and their own families bring in the coming years. Thank you for writing this entire Hashtag series! It has been near and dear to my heart! Everyone should read the ups and downs of these characters and all of the racing friends and The Colorado Clan!!

I have to say the when I read this I was absolutely terrified to, This series mean so much to me and it was a big part of the reason I got into reading. I was scared to read it and it not be as good as the rest of the series! I don’t know why, don’t ask me. I think I just put a lot on this series.
I didn’t need to.
It was amazing! 5/5 stars
I loved it. We got to see all my favourite characters grown up 10 years later, and it made me just want to see the kids in a series of their own.

I am not sure if I have read all the books in these series, but once I loved Romeo's and Rimmel's love story so much that I got singned books and lots of merch. So getting a chance to read this book and visit the whole world again after all these years felt like seeing old friends.

The story was good. This was great feel-good-novella. Lots of familiar characters. Literally no angst. Easy, fun, fast read. Great way to give a glimpse of Romeo's and Rimmel's future.

It’s such bitter sweetness when we get to see this gang again because I love them so much that I always want more, yet I hate when it ends. Everyone is still amazing and thriving while life throws them curveballs and they try to navigate what they are given. Romeo is still a heartthrob I adore and Braeden is my absolute FAVORITE, but I can't forget Trent and Drew (it’s tough not pick them all as my favorite lol). I wish we could spend everyday in their world, but this was a very nice treat we were given and I loved it!!!

Seeing the #fam 10 years down the road just reminds me of all the reasons I fell in love with the characters. This family will always have each other's back no matter what comes their way. Getting to see them with their kids just melted my heart.

Absolute perfection. Thank you Cambria for giving us this glimpse at our favorite family.

Familiar characters get a reboot in the 10 year later saga that all began with #nerd, and it was comforting as a cup of hot cocoa on a chill night.

Naturally, my favorites are the two that started it all. Now married with kids, Rimmel and Roman “Romeo Anderson along with their besties face new life challenges.

For some, it means new career opportunities and for others expanding a successful business. Through it all, R&R manage life surrounded by their made #fam, the one they built together. Loved every minute!

What a beautiful novella, things may have changed after 10 years but not the love Romeo and Rimmel have together.
I laughed at all their antics, stunts and their jokes.
To see everyone together as “family “brought happy tears.
I have only finished this series recently and this superb novella is the icing on the cake...
What beautiful people all gathered together in such a beautiful place for Romeo’s celebration.
So many stars!!

I LOVED this novella with all the updates on some of my all time favorite people!! I did have one complaint though, it was not long enough!!! Seriously, I devoured this book as soon as I got it and have had a hard time trying to find the words to write this review. This series was one that has stuck with me since I read it all those years ago. I can’t believe it has been 10 years. I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to them then, and I sure wasn’t ready to say goodbye again. If you haven’t read the Hashtag series, it is hands down a must read! This novella needs to be read in order unless you want spoilers. I loved feeling right back at home with this crew, there has been and always will be such a pull for me. I hope we get to see more of these guys, I will be greedily waiting!!
