Hi, on Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ, we use the name on the cover for cataloging purposes. So, books with 'L.C. Turner' on the cover will show up under that name, and those with 'Lana Turner' in the profile will appear accordingly. This is because users often search for books using the name on the cover.Librarians can't edit verified profiles, so the decision to change your name to Laina C. Turner was made by Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ staff, who have the ability to edit verified profiles. I don't see any covers that use 'Laina C. Turner,' so I agree that your name should be 'Laina Turner.' While you're at it, you can ask them to merge this profile with yours and fix your name to 'Laina Turner.' This way, the books will go to your profile, and the followers will also be added. The following books belong to my pen name L.C. Turner for which I have a separate Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ account for. Having them show up on my account for my romance books is problematic.
Also, a while back a librarian put a C in my profile and that is proving to be confusing for my readers. This account is pen name Laina Turner I don’t have any books that are Laina C Turner. Please remove the C from my name.
