So Katie was the only success. And she was based off of Cat's DNA. Dhampir's must be the rarest of the rare, considering the fresh DNA sources of Tate and Juan, the presumably large Black budget from the government, state of the art fertility/genetics technology, and they only succeeded in making one because they used another dhampir's DNA.
