Tweezers. Up north into Transylvania and then down south through Bucharest and then down the Danube.
Ooo, lovely. I got to visit Transylvania -- and drive though Bucharest, though I didn't care so much for what I saw of the city compared to the rural and village areas. I got to stay on a tiny island in the Danube, near Capidava.
I'd love to hear more about your growing up in Fiji if you think of any anecdotes - though you set the bar high with "professional cockroaches."

Another cockroach phobic here, also come by honestly - it involves a huge (flying) cockroach running out of a towel onto an adolescent girl's naked, wet body, while on vacation in the subtropics...
