Robin Leslie Coxon My mother-in-law has been placed in a nursing home since she broke her hip and her dementia has gotten worse. My husband and his brother are working to sell and/or dispose of items in her house so the house can be sold. The mystery in our life presently is what did Mom do with her jewelry/valuables since they seem to have up and disappeared. Also where did the picture that was on the wall in her bedroom go? It was a nudie picture of her when she was a child and had been promised to our daughter. Of course she isn't able to remember. Had she found a place to hide them, did she sell them, or did someone with sticky fingers take them?

Phyllis(Ginger) Heruska What a wonderful story. I'm surprised you were able to talk her into going back to her grave. WOW!

Robin Leslie Coxon I worked as a nanny one summer after I graduated from high school. The couple I was employed by bought an old farm house. There was a spirit that would be felt and often seen whenever the children were around. We never were able to determine who it was but it seemed to be watching over the children.

Lynn What a great tale!! I think you were probably much calmer than I would have been in those circumstances!!

Linda Younger I too lived in a house with spirits. It was my grandma. It didn't bother me a bit but when my boyfriend (now husband) moved in she didn't like it a bit. But they eventually came to an understanding. It was funny tho.
