Jason’s answer to “Why is there just SO MUCH of that atheist tolerance in the comments? > Likes and Comments

As an atheist, I find your comments to be overly simplistic. I'm an atheist that grew up in a Pentecostal Christian household. By your logic, I am no longer moral because I don't believe. You ignorantly believe that only religious people can be moral, dismissing the idea of nonbelievers, which is that morality is not obtained from religion. But, you're complaining about people being dismissive of the Bible. Hypocritical much?
Jason, my reading comprehension is just fine. This is what you said: "Because atheists never learned morals or values (as they prove by their comments). Whereas the religious have, and they are tolerant of those who are weak and misguided" You implied that atheists are amoral, and that religious people are moral and tolerant. I'm not twisting anything. I went off of your original statement. You changed your tune after you were called out on your BS, and you want to make it seem like we have reading comprehension issues. You meant what you said originally. You got caught in a bind, so you changed your tune. You're a good example of the classic closedminded religious person that makes up people they know so they seem like less of a jerk.
Oh please. The poor also tend not to be the most intelligent. Religious leaders of all faiths prey on the poor and the unintelligent by giving them "hope." How do you think religion has turned into a billion dollar industry?
Hi there. I assume you are religious and therefore are one of these "tolerant" people? While in the same breath, you judge an entire group of people based on your preconceived notions? Call them amoral and weak? Really? Is this tolerance? Fact is, there are many highly moral atheists, and their are many christians who actively harm others. The presence of religion or lack thereof is not indictive of any sort of moral values.
