We hate adulting, but we read ADULT books. Mention anything fluffy/romance-ish or YA and there’s a slight chance Sarah will unleash her murderous shrimp army on you. Cursing is totally fine. [close] Hey Book Besties! Our book Club in based in West Virginia. But, we welcome everyone from all over. This Book Club will focus on Urban fiction, not limited to: Romance, thriller, Fantasy, paranormal, and erotica. There aren't many clubs in West Va that focus on black authors/books and I wanted to make sure I created a club that recognized them. If this genre is not your first choice. I encourage you to diversify your reading and give it a try. We meet every third Wednesday of each month 5:30 PM at BookTenders in Barboursville, WV. In the event we can not meet in person. A zoom meeting will take place.
