How many case studies can one read and still maintain interest in the topic of "planning ahead?" I've experienced numerous strategic planning sessions that pose the same types of questions that one needs to ask before correcting a problem. The author reinforces the need to involve as many people/representative groups as possible to address changing a system. Community Organizer, anyone?
