A bit heavy on the adjetives, but I enjoyed it!
What would it be like to sit in on one of the conversations between C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien? Today they are some of the best loved and well-read authors. I'm sure everyone would agree if I said that being kidnapped would not be enjoyable. If that is true, then being kidnapped and taken out of this world onto another planet for unknown reasons has to be worse. I'm sure Ransom thought the same thing; but, unlike all of us, he had to go through it.
This is what takes place in Out of the Silent Planet. The author of this interesting, though somewhat strange novel, is C.S. Lewis. Though I wouldn't say it was as good as his other ...more
