Oh WOW! This story blew me away! Nine Minutes was a page-turner; I did not want to put this down. I was sucked in from the first page. I lost some serious sleep cause I couldn't put this book down!!!
What a fantastic read I Love it when I pick up a book and from the first page I'm hooked.. This one did that to me!!!
I was able to picture all the places she named since I live in Ft Lauderdale.. And I always hear about how this road lead there before it was developed and this road ended here so it was definitely a plus for me.. It was a dark emotional read that definitely can trip tons of triggers..Especially for this Flo ...more

Wow...what a story. I totally understand why this book is highly rated and recommend. Wonderful and well written debut novel by Beth Flynn.
This book had me captivated and hooked at the prologue. Then it just kept sucking me in deeper.
Gin/Kit was such a strong character. She endured so much neglect as a child that when she was taken it seemed as if she was saved. Even though she was so young she held herself so that she seemed older. There were times she seemed naive however she ...more

This novel is ridiculously unpredictable. The plot is very refreshing. I've never read something like this before. I love how dark and fucked-up the story is especially the relationship between Grizz, Kit and Grunt. God damn! If this story was real, it would be dramatic sadness. This author is clever on how to keep reader's attention. Well done!

Fantastic book
I was really hesitant to read this book.
But once I started I could not put it down.
This book is really great.
I enjoyed every moment of it. It was like a movie playing in my head as I read it.
