Good examples of habits at work and how they form/work. Offered good insight into how to form new habits and replace existing ones. Habits: Cue > Routine > Reward. Modify the routine while keeping the cue and reward similar to change a habit. Employ introspection to identify the true cues and rewards (these are often hidden behind superficial signs)
