From the discovery of their love under dangerous situation in the first book, passing through the climax of an almost separation in the second, the third book is almost an aftermath. Nor William or David never doubted their love, but the fear is always there and they need to find a way to stay together.

Will and Davy, a wonderful couple set in a historical romance. Theirs is a romance with long stretches of abstinence due to being apart and from guilt or fear. Of course some of this is due to the maritime law of the time and some due to Will's inability to conquer his fears. Davy can usually set Will "straight" and come to his senses. Love to hear them say "I love you" and all the other tenderness between these two.
