Mather's Volcanoland pairs perfectly with Susan Cain's The Underworld. Both bring centuries worth of science to life with poetic phrases and a dreamer's passion. They are vividly informative. I now want to speak endlessly on tetonic plates, mountains, CO2 levels and how it's all connected man.
It took a little while to find my reading pace in this because I was unfamiliar with some of the science. But with a bit of patience and a running start, it became incredibly hard to put down.

It definitely feels like a Manga itself, primarily a slice of life story. If I read this genre on a regular basis, I am sure I could have more to critique. As it is, this is a sweet visit to Japan that I was able to enjoy.

Castillo ' s prose has potential, I remember the background very well, how the heat of the fire wove tendrils of light onto their naked, beaten bodies. There is rich thoughts ripe for the digging and would like to see this author's poetry.
It is nice for what it is, but not much more.

Captured my interest quickly. I'm happy with slowish starts, so I liked the pacing. Interesting pair of leads to follow. Definitely interested in the Captured my interest quickly. Dark, hot, with an extra dose of PSL vibes. Why do I vibe with Nesta so hard in this? I don't know. Maybe that's something to talk about with someone.Dark, hot, with an extra dose of PSL vibes.
