3.5 stars. I don't recall ever reading a book by this author, yet I already had an expectation of what the experience would be. It feels like a Lifeti3.5 stars. I don't recall ever reading a book by this author, yet I already had an expectation of what the experience would be. It feels like a Lifetime movie playing out and I'm here for it! Super easy to follow, predictable, and enjoyable. What I do find odd is that I am currently reading a much older book of MHC and was surprised by both stories having a girl at the beginning throwing a party and a boy that likes the girl in each book is not invited. Nothing else was the same but it threw me off for a moment. ...more
