Thea & Dylan Dylan is my favorite Reid brother! He's been hurt before and is scared of letting someone in for fear they only want him for his money and not him. Needing a date for a charity event has him reaching out to an escort service where he meets Thea. Thea has a heart of gold. She helped her brother (who raised her) out of a jam and needs to pay off a steep debt, so she's working extra jobs to pay that down when she meets Dylan.
They have an insta~lust going on, but I was happy that they kinda took it slow and found out the things they had in common first before hitting the sack. Overall, a great end to the trilogy of the super hot billionaire brothers.

Camden & Oaklyn First off I just love both of their names. They have know each other since they were 12, but deemed off limits due to Oaklyn being Hannah's, Camden's twin sister, best friend. Oaklyn is ready to lose her virginity at 25 and she wants Camden to help her with that and expand her sexual knowledge.
Usually Marni gives us a fast burn with some steamage in the 1st or 2nd chapter, but this one was on the slower burn side and I didn't hate that for them. I mean there was some action, but not action action until later one. Camden did like a complete 180 on his outlook of what he saw for himself and I loved that about him. Oaklyn just leaves a ray of sunshine where ever she goes.
Overall, a delightful end to the Dalton Family series. I bet we haven't seen the last of them though.
Side cover notes ~ he has a nice looking jawline, not a fan of suit jacket sleeves scrunched up, but I do like that he is wearing a leather bracelet as that was brought up a few times in the story.

Elliot tells the story of living with his new wife and her parents and sister. We get some 'before' chapters from the in laws that show what type of people they are.
This is one of those books that make me happy I have some pretty great in-laws, however I'm not looking to live with them anytime soon. I will be a delightful DIL and take care of them one day if need be.
This was pretty fast paced with some nice twists. I'm not quite sure why I haven't read more by this author, but I plan to rectify that asap.

Indie tells the story of abuse and neglect her and her sister, Lily, and brother, Benny, endured. Now, their mom is sick in the hospital and she's forced back into a world that she escaped from many years ago.
I wasn't overly in love with this one, I mean how can I be when there's child abuse involved. But I did appreciate how the author handles Munchausen Syndrome by proxy with care and it seems like the research was done well.
Munchausen Syndrome by proxy definition ~ a mental illness and a form of child abuse. The caretaker of a child, most often a mother, either makes up fake symptoms or causes real symptoms to make it look like the child is sick
Narration notes: I did not listen to this one, but am just giving the info above for reference. No doubt it was good though with Hillary narrating.

Ethan/Will & °²¹³Ù³ó±ð°ù¾±²Ô±ð/°²¹³Ù¾±±ð’s story continues and concludes in this book. Can Katherine find peace with Ethan’s secret and let her heart lead the way?
We hear from Aaron, Ethan’s dad, who is also Katherine's kidnapper. As you can probably guess he’s a sick individual. Lisa, the reporter, has a chapter told in the 3rd. She doesn’t come off very likable.
This duet is an emotional journey full of heartbreak and forgiveness with a perfect ending.
Series notes: Definitely not a standalone. Must read Never Tear Us Apart first as this is the conclusion of the story.

Katie was kidnapped when she was a teenager and Will was her savior. Now in the present, she goes by Katherine and just wants desperately to move on when she meets Ethan. Ethan has a secret, though, a secret that could change everything.
I would have liked for the secret to come out sooner, but then we wouldn't have the slow burn story of them getting to know each other. I felt their intense connection. Overall, an emotional, heartbreaking read with dark elements.

Within the pages we get a sense of ±á²¹°ù±è±ð°ù’s love for Betsy when it all began in 1968 and into present time in 1980 while he is raising his daughter, Shelley, alone since Betsy died while giving birth 12 years ago. Can Maggie, the pregnant girl, he’s saved from a train wreck help him make amends for something done back when he was grieving?
Overall, this was fine. I liked Harper's journey for redemption, but did find it to be slow moving. It didn’t give me all the feelings that I think it was supposed to.
