haa cane eh? this book continues the adventures of qaden, shah, mikha, eva and ratu. still nak ke istana sankala. i think penggunaan different time zone buatkan i pening sikit. dia macam selak page seterusnya dekat zaman lampau, tiber zaman sekarang pastu eh bertembung pulak ratu dulu dengan ratu sekarang. pening kita. trust me, im not like this tapi idk maybe sebab i tak biasa lagi dengan this author.
btw i ada cakap the first one lack of romance memandangkan ratu and shah kan dah kawin tapi howl- i tak expect buku ni dua hari je boleh jatuh cinta macam dua puluh tahun. hahahaha (cringe sikit) hmmzzz. and the plot twist ? i macam srsly ???? dia macam tak masuk akal jugak sebab kenapa mr lupin suruh bunuh shah kan? knowing dia yang ... (okay bacalah korang sebab i tak nak spoil)

permulaan sangat slow ... sumpah slow. faham kenapa orang kata nak dnf at first chapters. dia macam tak nampak ke mana cerita ni nak pergi. pastu, dia banyak guna watak cerita dongeng melayu. thats good tapi banyak sangat lah pulak haha dah macam okay .. bila nak habis ni?
pertengahan tu pun after 200pages baru nampak flow of the story. start ratu and syah jumpa qaden, mikha dan eva okay tu dah best. nampaklah yang yeay pengembaraan dah bermula !! kalau tak memang lama gila nak start.
syah and ratu? hm ... memang bukan cerita romantik tapi the angst tu takde? like kan korang dah kawin? hello hahaha so saya tak faham bila orang kata they liked syah .. sebab saya tak nak laki saya layan saya macam syah gituh (feeling ada laki)

This is actually my first book from Norhafsah Hamid's writing and I love it. Im glad I finished it in a day! It was a very simple story, no doubt! The book is easy to read, with 26 chapters and an epilogue at the end. It is written in simple English. The story was about Sarah, an introvert person who further her studies in law degree at University of Reading in UK. Hence, this book contains about her 3 years journey there. To be honest, Sarah taught me many good things. How we as a Muslim, when there is no one to turn to, we should rant and rave to Our Creator. Always rely on Him, put trust on Him. There are lot of Quran and Hadith provided in this book (tbh, there are some that I didnt know). But, Im glad I read this one and looking forward for the next series although the storyline is quite basic, I guess. Your bubbly girl always want more drama hehe,, Anyways, the things that Im not satisfied will be, how come Sarah always got new good friends with her? Except Linda, because I would want to see more drama, ergh. Lastly, I can say the style of writing is more like a diary instead of letters (thats why I can read it only for a day hehe) Go give it a try ! I love it and I always do !
