Abby Jimenez’s writing just keeps getting better the more she publishes. This was the best book of this particular series, IMO. Loved the Easter eggs and surprising connections to the other books, loved the realistic portrayal of healing from trauma, and loved that even when the inevitable third act breakup happened, it actually made sense with the plot of the story and was realistic to actual human emotion. I do get annoyed by her continuous comma splices and think her editor should have caught those, but that’s just me being finicky. This story was wonderful. ❤️
Side note: my version from Target had a bonus chapter involving Maddy (the best friend)� I loved it and really hope she gets a book too! ...more
