At the end of the day this is a series I will remember due to its heartbreaking choices and emotional storytelling.

This installment is much more action-packed and that ending has me stressed.
I’m torn on this one. While I enjoyed being back in the Shadow Grove world with glimpses from characters we met in the previous series I feel like notI’m torn on this one. However the ending delivers (as with all previous SG books) so I’ll absolutely be continuing this series sooner than later.

By book 3 we've firmly established who the crew is and how they work together, and while at times it got repetitive, the "twists" were keeping me intrigued. Plus I'd devoted so much time to these guys I need to know how the story panned out...especially after the ending of this one.
