The authors highlight the happy case scenario to prove the effectiveness of this technique. 3. This book is missing the most important question "Is there a problem"? 4. There are too many contradictions. 5 The authors cant make the difference between user testing and usability testing.
Generally speaking, this book reflects "Design Thinking" & "Double Diamond" models in a very amateurish way....more
