Not as good as the first two Path to Ascendancy books. Why?...felt a bit rushed, especially the last 1/3rd. Lot of things seemed to happen very quickly that could've been really fleshed out. Especially a certain creature hiding in a cave near the end which I'll not spoil.....
Lots of good storylines / points of view which were well handed. Dancer doesn't do much, Kellanved does....Surly and the teams interaction with Kellanved / Dancer is good.
Just left me feeling like I wanted a bit more.......more
