Nice take on the Robin Hood story but the characters needed a little work. The action seemed to be resolved a little too easily in the end as well.

First of all, I thought I was getting a SciFi tale or at least a mystery set on the moon. I got neither, just a lot of politico. The story itself seemed pointless and the characters cold and disconnected. I kept waiting for it all to come together. It did not. Every time the almost nonexistent plot got slightly interesting the book segued into a long (and I'm sorry boring) political dissertation. And why is the book called Red Moon when most of it happens on earth and even the parts on the moon are about what is happening on earth. This took incredibly long to get through and I don't think I will follow up with more in the series or by this author...more
