The cover is fierce, and I like it :)
I love a tough female lead who can kick butt and Emily definitely fits :) This story was awesome, and I loved it :) Even my son loved the story!
Brett is amazing that he can handle the new things sprung on him and the things he must deal with daily.
This story is full of action and excitement, and a cameo appearance from Shane which my son loved because he gets upset when a book series doesn鈥檛 keep to the same characters each book (makes me laugh a little when he finds out the characters are different!!)
I definitely did not like that there was a new narrator for this book, and the narrator is one I have no problem not listening to again. This narrator reminds me of the Clear Eyes commercial and the teacher from Ferris Bueller鈥檚 Day off. You guessed it very monotone and no change in voice for any of the characters.
I definitely recommend the story to everyone who enjoyed book 1 and to those YA book lovers who love Vampire/Hunter books with all sorts of battles and action.

This is the 2nd set of vignettes to be released. It is a collection of story stories of extra scenes and information that you may have wondered about. It is definitely for adults only due to the steamy content.
There are plenty of touching moments that are happy, sad, humorous, and more. I鈥檓 not usually a fan of short stories, but I love reading the Vignettes to get more information on all my favorite Vampires and their mates. If you love the series, you don鈥檛 want to miss out! I don鈥檛 want to talk details because then it would ruin it for you, so I will say that all your favorites are here with steamy tidbits, surprises, practical jokes that backfire, and more! I can鈥檛 wait for of this world because these Vampires rock!
I highly recommend to all Vampire lovers because D.B. Reynolds is one of my favorites, and you will miss out if you don鈥檛 check out her work! I do highly recommend reading in order because it is epically better that way!!

Okay this book is definitely adults only!!! So, this book has m茅nage and m/m parts, so make your decision to read accordingly :) Obviously, you can read book 2 without having read book 1 because that鈥檚 what I did. It is definitely stand alone, but it has intrigued me to want to read book 1 for sure ;)
I do not read many multiple partner books. I guess it is one of those things everyone looks at as forbidden, but I try not to let anyone color my reading habits. If a book intrigues me, I will read it.
I like the world and reasons for this that Lisa created in her half-fae world in this series. This is my first time reading one of her books. And I definitely liked it and will read more. She writes all sorts of action, self-turmoil/drama, and intrigue into the that had me wanting to never book the book down. I wanted to read it all in one sitting, but I gave up and succumbed to sleep in the wee hours of the morning and then woke up and finished it :)
August is an amazing character, and I really liked her. She has come through so much, and she has this amazing strength. Don鈥檛 get me wrong she has her bouts with self-doubt like we all do, but she doesn鈥檛 let it stop her. Her boys Jay and Arlan have just as many hang ups. They are just as wonderful characters with their strengths and mission.
The story comes alive with the words and descriptions. Very steamy scenes that almost melted my reader screen鈥�.Wow!! I definitely need to read more from Lisa.
I recommend this book to shifter lovers who don鈥檛 mind multiple partners and m/m/f.

First things first, this is like a deleted scene for the movie or extended ending. I don鈥檛 recommend reading this until you鈥檝e read book 1, Stone Guardian.
The cover is okay, but I wish it would have shown both of them together, but the traditional gargoyle in the background is a nice touch.
This scene since it really isn鈥檛 a book about her dad bringing reality into their relationship, and Terak like any Alpha male has to show his dominance and control to ease his own fears after the dreaded dinner with dad. This is very steamy and should only be read by adults, and it is definitely making me think I could use my own gargoyle :) This is less than 30 pages, so it is a quick read.
Danielle鈥檚 writing style is awesome, but this is just a tease. I鈥檓 glad it was a freebie since it isn鈥檛 a book. I like that she is toying with the idea to add this to book 1 because that is a great idea :) I really can鈥檛 wait for book 2 :)

Okay this is my first Jacqueline Rhoades book, and I loved it :) This book I could not put down. I read it all in one day. I felt horrible today, but could not put my reader down. She had lots of action, funny misunderstanding that had you laughing, I raged with Lizzie and cried too. I love books that take you on an emotional roller coaster. The main character Elizabeth (Lizzie) has always felt out of place. I loved being part of the journey to her finding where she belonged and that she found that she had more strength than she knew she did. Marshall sounds like a very sexy, handsome man who is loving and caring toward all of the members of his pack. You have family drama, pack conflicts, and the evil guy you want to see lose. I recommend this book to everyone who loves shifter books. Now that I know I love Jacqueline Rhoades books; I will have to be on the look out for more. :)

This is the 15th book in the GhostWalker series, and it is for adults only. This is my first time reading this series, but I鈥檝e loved all her other series. My mom and grandma have raved about this series, but I never got around to reading it yet. My mom and I have a large Feehan library, and I will eventually read the other books in this series because I鈥檓 hooked. Reading in order is not required though I do suspect that it makes it that much better if you do.
This is Draden and Shylah鈥檚 story. It was action packed. Draden starts on a rescue mission, but he is infected with a deadly virus via a dart. He leaves his team because he doesn鈥檛 want to risk any of them. He decides he is going to take out as many of the bad guys as he can before he dies. Shylah is observing Draden in all his killing glory and admires him and refuses to let him die, and now she is exposed. This is their story of battling terrorists, the disease, and their attraction to each other. It was excitement and nerve-wracking goodness in a book. I love action-packed books with HEA romance. They are superheroes with special powers with the genetic enhancements by a mad scientist. The both have horrid experiences in their past that made me cry for their childhoods. I love books that send me on an emotional train wreck. I can鈥檛 wait to read more of this series because Feehan always does a fabulous job with storytelling, humor, and romance.
I highly recommend to any paranormal romance readers because their genetic makeup makes them super-powered and awesome! Fabulous read!

This is the final book in the series, but I do believe I read somewhere that there will be a spin-off series picking up where this ends. This is for adults only do to the steamy content and violence.
This is Greer the healer鈥檚 story and an ancient who wakes up named Reaper. They do not get off to a great start, but they grow on each other and Reaper learns to curb his ordering around alpha tendencies. Something is going on and when Reaper sets off to find some of his comrade in arms, the Alpha sends Greer to keep an eye on everything to report back to him. They make some grisly discoveries and have to thwart a devious plot to harm humans. This story had tons of action. I enjoyed every moment. Never a dull moment and several humorous moments.

This is the 11th book in this series, but it is only the 4th one I鈥檝e read. This series is already in my heart because I want to own and read them all as well as the Realm Enforcers series. Obviously, you can read them out of order though I bet you love them all even more if you read them all in order. This series is for adults only due to the violent fights where heads are removed and the steamy content with mates! I love the humor infused throughout between mates and the brothers. Always makes me giggle!
Well Quade is free because Haven saved him, but there have been complications. Haven is finally learning about herself, and Quade is learning how mistreated she has been. Quade is learning everything about the world today, and he is still having to battle the cyst and the kurjans along the way. He has found his brothers and family, and now needs to figure out his vows and Haven because he never thought he would have a mate. This is another action packed book with battles, explosions, exorcisms, love, and craziness all around. I loved every word and couldn鈥檛 put it down. I can鈥檛 wait to see whose story is next!

The cover is awesome, and it definitely draws the attention of those who love the paranormal and alphas.
I do not believe this is my first time reading Linda鈥檚 work, but it must be the first time I鈥檝e reviewed it. I know I own 3 paperbacks and 2 on my kindle, and I plan to add this book to my library as well in the future.
This book started with action and was awesome and exciting throughout the whole book. There was action with battles with vampires and even a bad human. There were secrets and discoveries and mystery and intrigue. I could put the book down. Both the hero and heroine were strong and amazing and not wimpy in any way. I love when characters are strong, but still show they can be vulnerable with each other. I can鈥檛 wait to read more by Linda in the future.
