The mmc in this book is a walking green flag snd what other mmcs should aspire to be . He falls hard and fast. He is attentive and there to support when needed and anything you could imagine. This book had good representation from the PCOS to adoption . It was done really well and my heart hurt for Farrah and had been hurt in the past and was reluctant to trust but realize red flags from her ex she may have over looked but the new guy has none of those traits . This book is part of series but can be read as a standalone. Although I want to go read the others so if you don’t want to be hooked don’t read lol...more

Appreciate that they have different people for the characters because unless the narrator is able to do all the characters well the audiobook might not come out as well . They whole series we have this whole enemies to lovers vibe going on but in this one you see them get closer and think they are falling but are they really . Paedyn learns the truth of who she is and that family is sometimes chosen and not always by blood. There a twist and turns that will though you got a loop and events that may change the expected trajectory of the whole story. ...more

She has a series of mishaps and they grow closer together as he is there to help her. This is a clean romance so there is no swearing but I thought it was fun seeing All the unvented non swear words used such a holy jalapeño. The main character has a lack of self confidence and often feels like a burden . The author did a good job of representing mental health in the form of adhd in adult women . Rival famines hate each other due to something that happened in the past but things change darn the trust comes to light . I loved Carla and Eli . They had always loved each other and had that special connection but stayed apart due to hatred each family had for another. When is father has a health problem and he watches the kid we get to see a new side to him. The nurturing fathering type who takes time out of his day to spend with the kids and helps find lost toys. This is a swoony christian romance with tons of heart and family centered with tidbits from the other books sprinkled without. It’s light on the faith if you want one not one the heavy side but even if you’re not a believer you can read these stories. All the fall and sweetness without the on page spice ....more

Merdy wants to be with hunter but refuses as she has a lot of debt behind her and doesn’t want to feel beholden to him. Hunter loves her and doesn’t care about the money but finds a way to I show her how much he cares. These books are quick reads with love and heart . They do have a hint of religion thrown in a way that’s easy even if you’re not a believer. I appreciate the was the autism was show and represented and the hard points at times without being overdone . I can’t wait for the next book...more

That may change in the coming books. All the beginning chapters where bouncing around the different characters but once they were solidified I was able to understand the story more. I really want more of how the story started and what happened to Hedley and the usuru he sent to Seraphjna . This is a true slow burn with no kissing . There’s some flirtation throughout the book but that is where it ends. I’m also curious where the subplots of the other characters would go . ...more
