Pg. 101-“How did the Mongols look from this side, Mare?- Ichabod “In the bad dreams I had to deliver, they were savage, flat-faced people Imbri projected
Pg. 178-“What was in that box? Imbri experienced an intense female curiosity, but decided not to inquire.

Some real gems in here that make so happy I picked this book up randomly. Joe Hill closed it with an amazing story and paragraph style. The biggest let down was the titular story Stories by Moorcock because it seemed like it was a story just written for the other contributors in the book/genre and left me feeling like a bored niece waiting for my uncle to finally stop droning on about his coin collection at a relatively lively family gathering. ...more
