I've read some reviews about Contagious in which people complain about the "lack of data" presented, but you can download all of his studies which support his claims via his website for free, so I really did not mind the casual, conversation-like tone. In fact, it made all of the content much more easy to soak up. Lots of great, current examples provided that helps to really underline his points. He really gives you a well-rounded picture of the ideal marketing campaign, and I guarantee you will come away with new ideas to try with your own business....more
