Wow!! 7 years earlier Loretta's Mother and Father where killed by Comanche raider's in Texas. From that day on she did not speak. Hunter of the Wolf, a half-breed Comanche has a prophecy about him and the yellow-haird woman that does not speak. They finally find each other near the Brazo's River in Texas where Loretta lives with her Aunt, Uncle and Cousin Amy. After "paying" for Loretta with 50 horses. Hunter takes her to his village to fulfill the prophecy. But with having to take Loretta back, then Loretta comes to find him to rescue her cousin, Amy, who was abducted by Comancheros. To their unorthodox wedding at the village. If I go into more I will really spoil every thing. You just have to read the book to find out.
This is the first in the Comanche series. The next book will come out next year. I do not know if I can wait that long for it. I waited 6 months for this one and I was very happy when I finished it. Could not put it down and loved every minute of this story...more
