Which means he has to find his mate and bond him before he can go home. It doesn鈥檛 take long to find him. It also doesn鈥檛 take long for him to find Koth. Koth is dealt with very quickly and takes a lot of the tension out of the story.
Mahk was sweet. Being set in the human world he didn鈥檛 know how a lot of things world and it was cute. He was also the first of the orc MCs to be a bottom. This book was the least smutty of the three but it was also a little slow. Although I thought book 1 was a little too sickly sweet at the time, I think it ended up being the most exciting one of the series. ...more
Are you kidding me?! The first book ended before Rainn and Kai were reunited and I was disappointed but then I thought they鈥檇 be reunited in this one Are you kidding me?! And the next book is about Mahk but he鈥檚 gonna be off looking for Koth and I have no reason to expect to see Rainn or Kai in that one. I鈥檓 really disappointed about that.
This one was not as sickly sweet as book one. More of the typical orc story. With Nash kidnapping Kai and tying him to his bed for weeks. It really annoyed me at first. I didn鈥檛 like Nash that much because of it. I did enjoy the primal play and the fact that this book was a tad darker. But overall still 3 stars. ...more
