This book is very technical. Great for in the gym working out and practicing and learning new moves, but as for a good read, not so much. The transitions between chapters and philosophies and fighting styles needed some improvement, but his concepts and techniques are superior to anything else I have ever seen regarding the integration of multiple fighting styles. ...more
