oh and honestly, if it weren't for the "then" chapters of the book this would have been a 2 star read for me. i loved quinn and graham in the before chapters they were everythingg. also i have a hatred for miscommunication trope dragging a book so there's definitely that too...more

He hits me with a smile so beautiful that it swells me with more emotion than can fit inside my body. The word love feels like Nicholas. It’s filled all the way up with him.�
stOPPP THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL. this really was a rollercoaster because i remember constantly thinking wth, how are they ever going to recover from this in the first half. but now I'm like: a love like theirs please :�)
the characters were hilarious from beginning to the start. what's acc crazy is that I went from hating both main characters (more like I disliked, because if i rllyy hated them i think i would've dnfed), to being completely in love with them. especially nicholas skfjskd. naomi and the random things she would say were sometimes so relatable to me also, her inner thoughts throughout the entire book is like: 1. i hate him how could he do this 2. why is he so cute which, like... i get god, I hated nicholas' mom sO much, (she really cemented my fear of an evil mother-in-law lmAO) still angry that she wasn't exactly put in her place but oh well.
nicholas and naomi were acc so crazy every time i thought one of them was worse, here goes the other saying something totally insensitive and i was like yeah, nvm. the second half was redeemiNG (thank god) and reading whole the falling out-of-love and back in love had my heart meltingg. the writing notes to each other, leaving flowers, telling off the evil people of their lives together and then running away laughing :') they were flawed and immature adults that were acting like kids sometimes but they were mY kids, you know?? anyway, a lot of this book can be OTT and i get it might not be some people's cup of tea, but i loved it either way so
i am TRASH for the long time leading up to the main characters actually getting together and this book delivered with that, so ofc its a new fave :)) this really might be my favourite romance book of 2020....more
