you don't have to be a christian to like this book. in fact, donald miller probably hopes you aren't, and that this book will make you want to exploreyou don't have to be a christian to like this book. in fact, donald miller probably hopes you aren't, and that this book will make you want to explore your faith and thoughts on god. he is a very simple writer, just writing as he speaks, and he makes you understand his thought process by giving real life examples that anybody can relate to. this book may not make you want to embrace god, but it will help you understand that not all christians are right-wing zealots who don't follow their own teachings. if anything, i can walk away from this book with the idea that i'm not as good as i think i am. there's always room for improvement. and, even if i didn't believe in god, there is something very appealing about being an accepting, non-judgmental person who wants to embrace all people....more
