I really didn't think I'd finish the book because I wasn't a fan of the writing style at all, but the plot was so thrilling it had me hooked from the start - there were almost no lapses in the fast-paced action and the protagonist literally could not catch a break lmao. I also love dragons and the ones in this novel did not disappoint! There were some TRULY jaw-dropping twists and the narrative drama made this a very addictive read.
