This is my first book by this author and I sure am glad that I finally got the pleasure. The writing was refreshingly smooth, straight to the point, and there's a well-balanced feel to it: the male characters are distinctly different from each other (pretty important in RH, where they sometimes all look the same), there's action, a little bit of background, there's smut (seriously hot smutt), and it's also kind of a primitive road trip.
The omega, Belle, is offly sassy, enough to keep the alphas busy, and the alphas are epic: dominant, forceful, animalistic...so delicious!!! I loved them all, my favorite was the most brutish of them all, Dax, and I felt like perhaps he didn't get so much attention as the others did, specially Nat (the younger, naughtier one), who was terribly wicked and fun but I have a weak spot for burly behemoths *grin*.
There's a lot of smex, so be prepared for a lot of body fluids, the scenes are wildly erotic (which is not always the case in erotic romance) with that edge of animalistic sensuality so belonging to this genre.
The only thing I disliked was that the heroine is described as "skin and bones", so it made me feel a little bit off with regards to her being a figure representing fertility and sensuality; sorry but I can't visualize it, I keep feeling like she's going to faint at any given time due to fluid loss or too much rough, vigorous sex with more than one huge alpha...I also keep imagining myself feeding her a sandwich or a stew to make her stronger. Such fragility in my mind clashes with the idea I have of what an omega should be like, but that is my personal pet peeve.
I would highly recommend this author to those readers who love the omegaverse, I will be looking forward to reading more of her work.

The story-telling is engrossing but confusing at certain points, so are the dialogs (who the hell is Nadine?). There's a lot that has to be explained and at this point I'm not sure if I even like the heroine.
The story absorved me and couldn't put this book down until the end (cliffhanger), the mistery is getting unraveled in part but more questio4,5 stars.

In the beginning the heroine, an omega, is being held captive in a dark cell and let's just say that she's not being pampered. Her captors are four alphas, but it's not known why she's imprisoned and what their motives are, although we'll get to learn that later on. I enjoyed how the author does develop the story little by little: where this is happening and who the characters are, that the alphas are not the monsters they appear to be in the first pages. The reasons behind all this get explained, and I liked that.
There is smut, fairly rough stuff (so the squeamish should avoid this) but it's pure omegaverse, where individuals are governed by instincts and political correctness doesn't exist. Of all the alphas, my favorite was Pine, I love the brutish ones.
The ending is an abrupt cliffhanger, so we'll have to wait for the continuation of the story...I hope the wait doesn't take too long! As a reader, I much prefer to have a complete story, or at least that books have a higher number of pages, this is why I can't rate such a short book with 5 stars. In spite of that, I enjoyed the plot, the characters and events start to take form and the writing is solid. Recommended for omegaverse lovers.

If this is not your cup of tea, be aware that this book is smutty, with lots of menage action (reverse harem with no m-m) which I greatly enjoyed, but I understand some people prefer sweeter romances. This is more for readers who enjoy hot sexy scenes, lots of them, group sex and even a little of corporal punishment like spanking and caning (nothing extreme, though), dominating alphas and submissive heroines.
That said, there is also a story in there, a story of a dystopian future with a hopelessly doomed Earth, mad scientists experimenting on humans and aliens alike in a different planet that's supposed to be the new Earth; the plot gets more and more complicated and the premise is interesting, but it was difficult for me to follow it (it maybe the heat, we're melting here in Spain).
So, if you are looking for some hot science fiction-y action, with rough, dominating alphas focusing on one (lucky) female, this is for you
